UK Standard Delivery

 

We post the majority of our orders via Royal Mail, using a standard delivery service. We

 

will courier on request or on larger items or orders. Our delivery charges are based on

 

the weight of the full order. 

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days.

Returns Policy

On the rare occassion an item is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately with

 

a photograph of the damage to Contact@catherinesarahdesign.co.uk. We will try

 

revolve the problem as soon as possible.

 

Please note - if you wish to return your order, the cost of the return postage will not be

 

refunded by us unless the item is faulty.
